What information do you need to know from us before you start working with us?

We need to know your goals - what type of customers you are interested in, or what market or country you want to reach. If you have a communication (and possibly graphic) manual that you need to follow.

How do you manage social media?

We always base our content creation on supplied or available materials (photos, videos,) from which we build monthly plans. We prepare all posts (Facebook, Instagram, Instastories, Reels, Video) in Zoomsphere for the month ahead. Once the plan is complete, there is a review and approval process on your part. After that, the entire plan starts to be published gradually according to the set deadlines.

Is there somewhere I can see the total list of posts and edit it?

You'll see all your posts and other content in Zoomsphere, where you'll be given access. You can comment on individual posts and we will incorporate your comments. Once the review is complete, you will then send a confirmation that the posts are OK. Before the collaboration begins, we will provide training on how to use the tool to make the whole collaboration as easy as possible for you.

We don't have any photos or videos of our own - can you arrange them?

Yes, we can arrange different types of photo or video productions with professional photographers from our portfolio. We have experience with both smaller shoots for social media as well as larger campaigns.

We use email campaigns sporadically, do you have experience with this as well?

We are able to prepare various types of email campaigns from sending newsletters, automated mailings to more advanced segmentation and make mailing an effective tool. For more extensive and demanding campaigns, we use the commercial Czech tool Ecomail, where we are listed as a certified partner.
