In case a guest creates a reservation less than 2 days before arrival, the invitation is sent immediately. If guest creates a reservation through the Bookolo Booking Engine, the Online Check-in link is also available in the booking confirmation email.

Bookolo Online Check-in streamlines and speeds up the check-in process when a guest arrives for a stay. Upon arrival, it is only necessary to receive the room key without having to fill out documents with personal details and wait for them to be processed by the hotel reception.

Nowadays, check-in without the need for contact and waiting at the hotel reception is a highly preferred and convenient option from the guest’s point of view. If the guest prefers personal check-in, this option is of course fully available to them. Online Check-in is not mandatory for arrival to the stay.

The moment the guest completes the Online Check-in, his/her registration card with the filled-in data is automatically sent to the e-mail of the reception, which then enters the relevant data into the PMS system. In Bookolo we also plan to automatically transcribe the data from the Online Check-in to the client's reservation in the PMS.
Yes - Online Check-in offers this option. The reservation can be shared by the reservationist to the e-mail of all guests staying at the property.
