All information about the process for using contactless check-in is primarily communicated to the booking email. As part of the information, the process for sharing the key to the travel companion directly from the app is also explained. The condition for using the mobile key is to download the Bookolo app.
Bookolo app also offers this option. The key is activated in the app using PIN codes and if the number of activations exceeds the number of guests, it will not be possible for the next person to activate the key and use it to open the locks.

An important part of this is also the use of the Online Check-in module and last but not least the PMS partner, who also has these options ready for implementation.
Yes - Bookolo app is available for download on the App Store and Google Play free of charge. Among other things, we also encourage your guests to download the app after making a booking and in the automatic and upselling emails that you can set up in the Bookolo administration.
The Bookolo app can be used without registration and login. Guests can easily enter their reservation into the app using the reservation number and code or QR code. The app then provides a detailed overview of the booking and the accommodation with the option to manage the booking, perform Online Check-in and contact the hotel. Registering and logging in to the app offers additional benefits such as an overview of all active, past and created bookings at different hotels.
