Updates in Bookolo System: What Was Unveiled During the Webinar?

The latest Bookolo webinar is successfully behind us. Thank you to all participants, and we look forward to seeing you again next time, either online or in person. We introduce the main updates of the Bookolo system and take a closer look at the topics you voted for - children's pricing policy and working with promo codes.


Release dates for rates

Working with special rates is now even easier. You can now set not only the booking window for a given rate but also the window during which the rate will be displayed in the Booking Engine.


Example of an automated concept:

Special offer for the month of June - every Tuesday and Wednesday, you can offer a discounted type of stay for new bookings, such as Thursday to Sunday for the price of two nights. Thanks to the new feature, you don't need to manually activate and deactivate the discounted rate for those days; the system automatically handles this setting for you.


Reservation history

We have listened to your feedback, and now you can view the entire history of detailed changes in the reservation details.


Payment links

Another new feature this year is the automatic generation of a payment link to the payment gateway when a reservation has not been paid through the payment gateway. The client will receive a notification email that now contains a URL for redirecting back to the payment gateway, allowing the customer to complete the payment for the reservation.


POP UP communication

You may have noticed some other recent updates in the Bookolo world over the past few weeks. These include an informational pop-up that will keep you informed about important system updates, planned system maintenance, or urgent matters.


Voucher e-mail

The latest update in the Bookolo world concerns the personalization of the system and sent emails, with changes also affecting the voucher shop. Previously, the email with the purchased voucher was sent with a preset system text. Now, you can customize the email text that the client receives with the sent voucher. You can set the text in the CRM section - automatic emailing, just like with other voucher emails.
