Does the Wellness & Spa module work with the person capacity of each service?
Bookolo Wellness & Spa module is used for private wellness service bookings. It is therefore not possible to offer services such as a pool for 20 people, where it is possible to fill the capacity of the pool with multiple bookings. One reservation for a selected date and time will mark that time as occupied.
Can wellness bookings be automatically entered into PMS systems?
Bookolo Wellness & Spa module does not offer connectivity to any system.
Does the system administration allow manual entry of reservations?
Yes - reservations can be entered into the system manually and the availability for the service is automatically reduced.
What payment methods does the Wellness & Spa module support?
Bookolo Wellness & Spa module supports several payment methods such as bank transfer, credit card, payment gateway or guest on-site.
Is it possible to use the wellness module on its own?
Yes - the module can be used individually without connection to the Bookolo Booking Engine.
