What are the possibilities of implementing Bookolo Booking Engine on a hotel website?

 Bookolo Booking Engine is implemented on the hotel website by the hotel's webmaster based on the manual provided by Bookolo. Implementation is quick and easy. Booking Engine can be implemented in a form of iframe or new window.

With which systems can Bookolo Booking Engine be connected?

Bookolo Booking Engine can be connected to a wide range of property management systems (PMS) or external channel managers. More information can be found in the Connectivity section.

Is it possible to set different prices for different OTA channels in Bookolo Channel Manager?

Yes - Bookolo Channel Manager offers several configuration options.

What information do you need to know from us before you start working with us?

We need to know your goals - what type of customers you are interested in, or what market or country you want to reach. We also need to know what your campaigns are trying to achieve - whether it's a certain volume of direct bookings, booking a specific date or some special offers. 

How long does it take to set up a campaign?

The preparation of a campaign depends on its complexity and the availability of materials such as photos or videos. The average preparation time is 2-3 weeks (excluding photo/video production), and the final output is a complete campaign proposal including graphics, texts and budget. If production would also need to be secured, the entire implementation can stretch to an average of 4 weeks. 

Are campaigns like this one-off or can they be repeated?

Most of the campaigns are one-off, lasting between 8 and 12 weeks. However, it is certainly possible to build on and recycle parts of the campaign to reduce the cost of creating the next campaign. 

What is the cost of a campaign like this?

The price is divided into two parts - the work of the specialists who devise and create the campaign and the advertising budget or credit. The price is highly dependent on the type of target, size of the market, duration and other points. However, similar campaigns start at a price of 60,000 CZK for all together including credit.

How is the evaluation done and what if something stops working in the process?

We monitor and optimise campaigns continuously, so if something major happens, we react to it. In the event of major changes, we work together with you to keep you up to date. After (and during) the campaign, an online report with important statistics is available to you.
