What are the conditions for contactless check-in for the guest?
To open the locks on the room through the app, an online check-in is required for all guests at the reservation. The next step is to download the Bookolo app to which the guest uploads their reservation using a QR code or login and on the day of arrival, activate the key to the room in the app using the PIN code sent to their email.
Can I share my room key with other guests in the Bookolo app?
All information about the process for using contactless check-in is primarily communicated to the booking email. As part of the information, the process for sharing the key to the travel companion directly from the app is also explained. The condition for using the mobile key is to download the Bookolo app.
Is it possible to limit the use of the mobile key to the number of guests in the room?
Bookolo app also offers this option. The key is activated in the app using PIN codes and if the number of activations exceeds the number of guests, it will not be possible for the next person to activate the key and use it to open the locks.
